Rules and Regulations
This Giveaway Hunt will be awarded to ONE winner only.
The winner will be able to bring ONE guest in attendance with them. Guest must be related to the winner, i.e. either their child or spouse. Both attendees will be allowed to hunt.
Giveaway winner must be 21 years of age, or older. If guest is a child, child must be 7 years of age, or older.
The hunt will take place on a large ranch, north of San Angelo, Texas. The attendees may arrive no earlier than Friday morning, January 10th, 2020. Attendees will be able to hunt Friday evening, Saturday morning and evening, and Sunday morning. The hunt will end on Sunday afternoon, January 12th, 2020. If attendees are late in arriving, resulting in a missed hunt, there will NOT be a make-up hunt.
BOTH hunters MUST be licensed to hunt in the State of Texas, AND meet all applicable Hunter Education Certification requirements, as set forth by Texas Parks and Wildlife. Both hunters are responsible for the purchase of their own hunting license.
Each hunter will be allowed to take TWO whitetail deer doe. NO bucks may be taken. Each hunter must use their own whitetail deer tag, provided on their hunting license to tag their kills. This is NOT an MLD hunt.
Attendees are both responsible for their own travel both to and from the Ranch location.
Attendees are responsible for bringing their own gear, weapons and ammunition. Bow and Rifle hunting are both allowed.
Attendees must bring their own coolers for meat storage and transportation. All hunters are responsible for their own meat processing.
Food and lodging will both be provided. Staff will provide a meal following morning and evening hunts. It is recommended attendees bring their own snacks, should they wish. Any dietary restrictions MUST be made known as far in advance as possible. While the location does have bunks, bedding (blankets, pillows, etc.) is NOT provided.
Staff will assist with the skinning and quartering of all deer.
All attendees must agree to being photographed & recorded during the hunt and while on ranch property. The attendees’ image/likeness may be used by Fall Obsession for future marketing purposes.
All attendees will be required to sign a liability waiver prior to the start of the hunt, AND contractually agree to these terms and conditions.
