CBE Engage Hybrid 3-pin Sight Review

If your a heavy shooter like me, you are always shooting in many different situations. You know that a good bow sight can make or break your shot. From backyard shooting, to competition shooting, 3D shoots and even in the bow stand, the CBE Engage sight is the perfect fit.

With this sight, I have a set 20, 30 and 40 yard pin, and a sight tape out to 100 yards. You can use the three pins or the sight tape. Your 20 yard, or top pin, can act as your “floating” pin when you’re using the sight tape. You will dial in your sight tape by sighting in your floater pin at 30 yards and then again at 60 yards. CBE then provides a sight gauge that will tell you which sight tape you will need.

Having a 20, 30 and 40 yard pin keeps me prepared while I’m in the stand. There’s no having to move a single pin to the exact distance while running the risk of spooking anything or missing an opportunity. At the same time, I have the ability to set exact and precise distances for 3D shoots. I’m not guessing how far in between pins I would need to place my shot.

I’m also a big fan of the adjustable dovetail mounting system. If I need to take the sight off my bow quickly, it’s just a small screw away from sliding right off. After I put it back on, it’s still just as accurate as when I took it off.

In my opinion this is a well rounded sight that personally works great for the wide variety of shooting that I find myself doing.
