Rocky ProLight Snake Boot Review

I recently purchased the Rocky ProLight Snake Boots. I myself enjoy walking in the woods, looking for Morels mushrooms in the off season, deer sheds, doing recon for upcoming hunts, and checking out new hunting tracts in the spring, summer and fall. During these times of the year there are plenty of snakes out. Some are venomous and some are not, but for my safety and my wife’s peace of mind, I selected some snake boots. Since I have owned them, I have put plenty of miles on them. I’ve been fortunate so far to have no encounters with snakes. Below are a few more details on these boots.

The Rocky ProLight Snake Boots are awesome! They are extremely comfortable, mobile, light and make it easy to navigate through the woods. They are also easy to get on and off, being they are a very high boot. They are extremely durable, a strong boot and will take anything thrown at them. They are waterproof, and keep your feet dry while walking through the creek beds and soft marshes.

Pricing comes in around $149, which for what you get in the end, they are well worth it. They have great traction for the hillsides and creek banks. Rocky offers both uninsulated and insulated options.

Overall, if you are a hunter in the south, these are a great boot to consider when purchasing your outdoor footwear.
